Stack
Next.js, MLS listing data (Bridge API), Google Maps
What we built
- Live MLS/VOW property listings pulled from the Bridge API
- Interactive map-based property search with Google Maps
- Property pages designed around enquiries and lead capture
- SEO structure for local real estate searches
- Fast, mobile-first, server-rendered Next.js frontend
Problems we solved
Keeping listing data reliable under API limits
Loading many pages of listings in parallel triggered the MLS data provider's rate limits. We restructured how listings are requested and paginated so search stays complete and stable.
Maps that work in production
We resolved Google Maps billing and configuration errors so map search loads reliably for every visitor, not just in development.
